Loggia sur le Parc is a 303-unit residential development in Gatineau, designed around the needs of an active and diverse community. Beyond the residential units, the project offers a range of shared amenities including a co-working space, fitness room, yoga studio, and swimming pool, creating opportunities for residents to work, exercise, socialize, and relax within their own environment.
As Project Architect, I was involved throughout the project from design development to final delivery. My role included coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, while overseeing the development and execution of the project to maintain design intent, quality, and technical requirements throughout construction.
The project provided an opportunity to contribute to a contemporary residential environment focused on community, functionality, and quality of life.
